What this site is
Showy.com is a marketing and information site for Showy Inc. Everything on it is provided for general information.
Nothing on this site is an offer, a quote, a proposal, or a commitment. Pricing, availability, timelines, capabilities, and project descriptions are subject to change without notice. Showy is engaged only through a written agreement signed by both parties. Submitting the contact form does not create an engagement, a client relationship, or any obligation on either side.
Our content
The design, text, photography, video, case studies, and code on showy.com are owned by Showy Inc. or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may view, download, and print pages for your own internal reference. You may not republish, sell, license, or use our content commercially, and you may not present our project work as your own, without our written permission.
Client names, marks, and project work
Client names, logos, and trademarks that appear on this site belong to their owners and are used to identify completed work. Their appearance does not imply that those companies endorse Showy or its other clients.
Some of the work we do is confidential. Where a client requires it, projects are described here without naming the client and without disclosing details covered by a confidentiality agreement. Absence of a client's name is not a statement about the scale or nature of the work.
What you send us
Do not send confidential, proprietary, or sensitive information through the contact form. It is a general inquiry channel, not a secure one, and no confidentiality obligation attaches to what you send through it. If we need to exchange confidential information, we will put a confidentiality agreement in place first.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit, and for not submitting anything unlawful, infringing, or belonging to someone else.
Links to other sites
Showy.com links to sites we do not control, including manufacturer and partner sites. We are not responsible for their content, their accuracy, or their privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.
Disclaimer
Showy.com is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Showy disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful components, or that the information on it is complete or current.
Technical information on this site is general. It is not a substitute for a site survey, an engineered design, or professional advice for your specific space.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Showy Inc. and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of your use of showy.com. Our total liability for any claim relating to this site will not exceed one hundred US dollars.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute relating to this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
Changes
